2. Let’s get to know each other! Fill out a contact form with the 7 essential questions about your language knowledge and send it back to me. I will contact you with free slots for a free session, where we will get to know each other and talk about your goals and level, what you do well, and where you have difficulties, to understand how we can work together on language improvement. We’ll also start drafting your personal study plan. This free trial session typically lasts 20 minutes.
3. Once you’ve selected a class package, I’ll send you an invoice. Typically, you can pay via my Czech or Euro account.
4. Once the invoice is paid, our lessons can begin.

Please note, prepaid lessons are non-refundable and valid for 6 months. Any additional costs related to transfers are covered by the buyer. Check our other FAQ for more details!

I offer lessons during afternoons and evenings from Monday to Thursday. I prioritize consistency, aiming for scheduled classes on specific days and times that work best for both of us.

I exclusively teach online, primarily using MS Teams, Google Meets or Skype for sessions. For each student, I create a personalized Google Classroom where I upload all class materials and assignments. This ensures all resources are centralized for easy access and reference whenever you need them.

I focus on both beginners—those new to the language—and ‘false beginners’ who’ve learned German but feel they’ve forgotten it. Additionally, I work with intermediate students up to B2 level. I’m also proficient in preparing students for German exams spanning A1 to B2 levels.

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances might prompt the need to cancel an appointment. To maintain regular contact with the language while ensuring a consistent learning journey, here are the cancellation conditions:

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Notify me, we will find alternative date and time in my calendar, and the lesson will be conducted on the new agreed-upon date.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: In such cases, the lesson will be deducted from the package.

Late Arrival: If you fail to connect to an agreed platform at the scheduled time without prior notice, a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes will be observed.
